Carnmarth Hotel & Scorrier House Wedding Photography - Laura & Chris

One of the many special things about getting married in Cornwall and why I love being a wedding photographer here is the varying landscapes you find yourself in; one moment you're in the heart of the peaceful Cornish countryside and the next you've got sand between your toes on a beautiful Cornish beach. Laura and Chris's wedding day was a brilliant example of this, countryside and seaside. Scorrier House was the tranquil countryside setting for the wedding ceremony where two big surprises awaited the bride and groom. First surprise was the grooms brother had secretly made his way over from the states for the wedding. Second surprise was the wedding car only took the bride and groom 10 meters before they had to get out - the brides dad had booked a surprise helicopter ride from Scorrier House to the reception at Carnmarth Hotel in Newquay.
